Now living in Bali after a transformative journey from Dorset, England. Diagnosed with Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis in 2009, I faced multiple surgeries and now live happily with a permanent stoma. Despite these major challenges, I haven't needed IBD medication since 2019 and have found immense joy in my healing journey.

After battling extreme fatigue, weight gain, burnout, migraines, and more, I achieved a significant transformation in the past six months by focusing on reducing cortisol, balancing my hormones, embracing a diet low in processed foods, and calming my nervous system. This journey has inspired me to dedicate my life to helping other women overcome similar struggles and live their most vibrant lives.
