Our coaching sessions cover a range of topics, including nutrition, stress management, hormone balance, gut health, and skin care. We focus on creating easy-to-follow, nutritious meal plans, NOT (calorie counting!) integrating holistic practices, and developing lifestyle strategies to support your overall well-being.

What are the benefits of working with a female holistic coach?

Working with a female holistic coach provides personalised attention, expert guidance, and ongoing support. A wellness coach helps you set realistic goals, develop sustainable habits, and overcome obstacles. The holistic approach addresses all aspects of your well-being, leading to lasting improvements in your health and quality of life. But with me you’ll also get over 20 years of my personal experience, knowledge and learnings.

What can I expect from a 1-2-1 Empowerment session?

A 1-2-1 session lasts approximately 60 or 120 minutes. During this time, we will discuss your health goals, current lifestyle, and specific concerns. I will provide personalised guidance and support to help you make sustainable changes. After the session, I take care in researching and creating a bespoke and customised plan for you, including a recipe e-book, lifestyle guidance, and links to recommended resources, all tried and tested by me.

Whilst I am not a medical professional, I do have a Diploma in Nutrition and extensive experience working with clients with various health conditions. It is important to consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new health regimen. Please disclose any relevant medical conditions during your Breakthrough Session so I can tailor my guidance to your specific needs.
